Laid Back Wedding Photography
I loved photographing this beautiful autumn wedding at Colwick Hall Hotel in Nottingham. It’s a beautiful Grade II listed Georgian country manor house with over sixty acres of parkland and grounds overlooking a gorgeous lake. As a wedding photographer I love venues with lots of outside space, this is perfect for my natural style of wedding photography. Allowing me to capture both beautiful photos of the bride & groom and also of guests enjoying themselves which is exactly how I photographed Daniel and Elena’s Colwick Hall Wedding.
1776 Grand Ballroom Wedding Ceremony
Daniel and Elena held their wedding ceremony in the 1776 Grand Ballroom. A beautiful room
with a hand painted ceiling resting on four pillars. The Champagne Lounge, which connects to
the ballroom, has its own terrace that overlooks the lake. This is an ideal space for canapés & drinks and also evening receptions. The 1776 Grand Ballroom can host up to 90 day guests & 150 Evening Guests.
Colwick Hall Wedding Photos & Gardens
Colwick Hall has over 60 acres of grounds and a gorgeous lake with stunning views. There are so many great photo locations, I’m spoilt for choice! The front of Colwick Hall Hotel is also beautiful and has a gorgeous fountain Elena & Daniel wanted to make the most of for their wedding photos.
