Gorgeous Rural Location
Located just 10 miles from London and super close to Croydon & Bromley, Oaks Farm is the perfect getaway for city couples.
The wedding venue is surrounded by rural countryside & rolling hills. The venue itself has beautiful gardens with well kept lawns and a beautiful lily pond. The lily pond is often used as an area for wedding guests to enjoy canapés and drinks. It also makes for a beautiful backdrop for natural couple photographs.
Indoor & Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Options
Oaks Farm is available for both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies. It has both a civil ceremony licence & an outdoor license too. The recently refurbished stable barn is used for indoor ceremonies and there are a two options for outdoor weddings. And in case of bad weather you always have the beautiful stable barn to fall back on.
The wedding breakfast usually takes place in the second barn (a stunning room with oak beams). Meaning you don’t have to wait for a room change over!
Oaks Farm Honeymoon Cottage
Oaks Farm also has overnight accommodation for wedding couples. The Orchard Cottage means you have a private place to get ready in the morning and somewhere to stay once you are Mr & Mrs!
The Staff
Not only is Oaks Farm a beautiful wedding venue to host your wedding. But the staff are so lovely. This is a family run venue and they really care about each individual wedding they host. They’ve also always been so lovely to me.

“Sally was absolutely fantastic throughout the day! She made my wife and I feel very comfortable and she was extremely friendly and professional to all of our guests. Sally knew exactly what locations to use and took many stunning pictures. She worked nonstop from the time she arrived until she took her final pictures of the evening guests. 2021 prices range from £2,200 to £5,000 depending on the day and season. You will have exclusive access to the venue, which includes the Stable, Barn, Orangery, Orchard Cottage and gardens.

There are three approved catering companies that provide the wedding breakfast for Oaks Farm. Your chosen caterers will work with you to create your menu and drink requirements.

Oaks farm allows couples to provide their own drinks before dinner and at the dinner table with no corkage fee. All evening drinks, however, are provided by The Orchard Bar Company.
