Intimate Wedding Photographer
I have a relaxed and friendly approach to wedding photography and always try to get the best photos whilst avoiding being too intrusive! As a professional wedding photographer I feel very honoured whenever I’m asked to shoot a wedding. Especially when it’s such a small and intimate wedding like this one. After Being together for 10 years, Ana & Gabi decided to celebrate their anniversary by having an intimate winter wedding at the Old Marylebone Town Hall in London, with a small gathering of only five close friends; who all travelled from overseas to attend this lovely winter wedding on a chilly December day.

Intimate Winter Wedding Ceromony
Ana & Gabi and their closest friends, arrived at Old Marylebone town hall at 10am for their early morning winter ceremony. The wedding took place in the Paddington Room – one of the town halls’ smaller, more intimate rooms. Their ceremony was really relaxed, perfect for me to capture natural photographs of their wedding.
After the ceremony we headed to the Dorset Square hotel, located just across the road from Marylebone Town Hall, for afternoon tea and champagne. Before jumping into a cab to go to the first of our two parks for couple photos!

Photo Shoots in London Parks
The couple chose London’s Regent’s Park and Hampstead Heath Pergola for their official wedding photos. Both of the parks are beautiful and make for great locations for photographs. However, it’s important to note that if you’re planning on having your own wedding photos at either Hampstead Heath or any of the royal parks then you’ll need to organise a permit before the day. These are easy to organise by just going online and having a look at the parks website, or by giving the respective council a quick call. Most photography permits for London parks usually last for an hour, which is plenty of time to get some great couple shots and also some bridal party shots too! I am always happy to help my wedding couples when organising photography permits too.

Regents Park Wedding Photography
We wandered around Regents park completely spoilt for choice with all the fantastic locations to choose from! Luckily for us we had lots of time to spare. This meant we could take our time and shoot in each of the awesome spots we found. Although the weather is much cooler this time of year, their is still so much warmth and happiness within these images 🙂

Hampstead Heath Pergola Photography
Our second London Park was Hampstead Heath. In particular, the couple and I had decided on photos at the Hampstead Heath Pergola. The Pergola offers something different and rustic to the photos – it’s a very romantic setting, and the resulting images really do depict the couples feelings for one another. It was a perfect setting, and even though the December air was pretty chilly, neither of the pair could be seen to care and it was smiles from ear to ear all round.

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph Ana and Gabi’s big day, and I wish them all the love and happiness in the world!
